TourCard is an app for amateur golfers who already compete with each other. It runs private leagues, one-day tournaments and head-to-head matches, scores them hole by hole or as totals, and keeps the results honest with marker-kept cards, signatures and a review check. It's in private beta on the web and iPhone.
